Worthless!!!

Cant even get it to work at all! Repeatedly asks to download files first ...which hasnt worked yet. Tried at home at work at the airport (I.e. different wi-fis etc). All I get is a constant "downloading files" text with nothing happening and now way troubleshoot! And I actually PAID $ for this POS!!! And of course no clear way to get tech assistance. Total waste of money and time!!!
